A History of building great communities

Woodlyn Estates – We completed this 33-home professional community located in Westport, Massachusetts, in 1989.

Oakridge Glen is a 7-home upscale development, also in Westport, Massachusetts, that we completed in 1996.

Swansea Woods, located in Swansea, Massachusetts, was a US Army housing community, designed for first-time home buyers, we completely renovated the 14 homes, finishing the project in 2000.

Trout Pond Acres – this executive community of 38 custom homes set on a wooded site in Westport, Massachusetts was finished in 2004.

Meadowbrook Farms of Westport, Massachusetts, features 64 executive homes, many of which we customized to the homeowners’ whished. We completed the development in 2006.
