Unlike conventional guarantees that last 30 or 90 days, ours lasts for as long as we are selling new homes at Hall Estates. If we reduce the Base Price and Options Package that you paid for your home – to an amount below what you paid – we’ll write you a check for the entire difference.

This is one of the best times in the history of the real estate market to be a buyer. No one really knows what the market is going to do, but if you decide to live in one of our communities, rest assured, we will not be selling your style home, with your options, for less than you paid for it. For the life of the project – we guarantee it.

So, what’s the catch?

There isn’t one.

You might have seen other communities trying to lure you in with price guarantees. But they’re only interested in getting you hooked. Our price guarantee lasts for as long as we’re selling homes in your community. If we ever discount your model type in your community, we’ll reimburse you the difference between your base price and the new lower price. For as long as we are selling new homes in Hall Estates. When we say zero risk, we mean zero risk.
